The SP111ADSG250 level switch is designed for solid materials (including powders, lumps, granules, and viscous substances) and is widely used in industries such as chemicals, plastics, cement, pharmaceuticals, feed, and food. It operates on a mechanical principle, where a motor-driven blade rotates until the measured medium reaches the blade position, causing it to stop and trigger a micro-switch to output a signal. The device features an adjustable spring tension, allowing sensitivity to be tailored based on material density for precise measurement.
