English Introduction
The RZ80G Rotary Paddle Level Switch is an industrial-grade device designed for detecting solid materials including powders, granules, lumps and viscous substances. Its working principle involves a micro permanent-magnet motor rotating a SUS304 stainless steel paddle. When material obstructs the paddle s movement, the mechanical transmission mechanism activates to output switch signals while cutting off power automatically. Featuring compact construction and all-stainless contact parts, this unit performs reliably in industries such as chemical processing, plastics, cement, animal feed and food production. The switch supports both horizontal and vertical mounting, with 10-20° downward tilt recommended for horizontal installation to minimize material impact. 阻旋料位開關(guān)也有的稱之為阻旋物位計或者阻旋料位開關(guān)、阻旋物位開關(guān)等，主要是根據(jù)它具體的不同用途的不同名稱。阻旋式料位開關(guān)是采用交流微電機經(jīng)減速后，帶動檢測葉片慢速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)被測物料的料位上升使葉片的轉(zhuǎn)動受到阻擋時，檢測機構(gòu)主軸產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)位移。此位移先使一個微動開關(guān)動作，發(fā)出有料的信號。隨后另一個微動開關(guān)動作，切斷微電機的電源使其停止轉(zhuǎn)動。只要倉內(nèi)的料位不變，此種狀態(tài)便將一直保持下去。
