The patented dust-proof shaft seal effectively prevents particle ingress, while the overload protection mechanism automatically disengages the clutch when blades encounter excessive resistance. With adjustable spring tension (adaptable to materials ≥0.4g/cm³ specific gravity) and operational range from -10°C to 80°C (extendable to 300°C for special versions), this switch delivers SPDT contact signals (8A/250VAC) upon material contact. 阻旋料位開關(guān)也有的稱之為阻旋物位計(jì)或者阻旋料位開關(guān)、阻旋物位開關(guān)等，主要是根據(jù)它具體的不同用途的不同名稱。阻旋式料位開關(guān)是采用交流微電機(jī)經(jīng)減速后，帶動(dòng)檢測(cè)葉片慢速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)被測(cè)物料的料位上升使葉片的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)受到阻擋時(shí)，檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)主軸產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)位移。此位移先使一個(gè)微動(dòng)開關(guān)動(dòng)作，發(fā)出有料的信號(hào)。隨后另一個(gè)微動(dòng)開關(guān)動(dòng)作，切斷微電機(jī)的電源使其停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。只要倉(cāng)內(nèi)的料位不變，此種狀態(tài)便將一直保持下去。
